    I have managed to escape from the wife for the day and will be there on Saturday with a mate who it also a HI-FI buff

    Busy all day Saturday and supposedly Sunday the weather is going to be nicer so I can kill to birds with one stone and ride the motorbike to the show

    Not sure what time the footy is on but il set the Q box for it anyway so no need to miss it.

    Only problem is that you have to avoid learning the score before you watch it.

    Preamps: Heavily-modified Croft Charisma-X. LDR Stereo Coffee. Power Amps: Tube Distinctions Copper Amp fitted with Tungsol KT-150s. Quad 306.

    Cables & Sundries: Mark Grant HDX1 interconnects and digital coaxial cable, plus Mark Grant 6mm UP-LCOFC Van Damme speaker cable. MCRU 'Ultimate' mains leads. Lehmann clone headphone amp with vintage Koss PRO-4AAA headphones.

    Tube Distinctions digital noise filter. VPI HW16.5 record cleaning machine.

    Speakers: Tannoy 15MGs in Lockwood cabinets with modified crossovers. 1967 Celestion Ditton 15.
