That's true of most commercial speakers though.

Yes they are; someone asked that question whilst I was in there. Amazing speakers - one of the highlights of the day for me.

I think most of the line up was there including same "reference models" and one called Candy that are not on the brochure I have
If any one get there tomorrow please report back

One question remain if you look at the price list and ear them : HOW DO THEY DO THAT ?

Give it a couple of years and they will double in price if not more
I asked that question. They said that it's because there's just him building the speakers in his garage. No one else to pay and no other overheads as such. If I was in the market for some new speakers, I'd be taking a very serious look at some of his smaller models.

An excellent show, undoubtedly for me the best in the UK, both from an exhibitors and venue POV. Plus it was great meeting some familiar faces (and new ones, hi Lee and Dave). Took loads of pics, so will download them later and add a few comments!

I really enjoyed the show, I would agree it's the best commercial show, certainly that I've attended recently.

Had a great laugh and chat with Peter Qvortrup, some great stories.

Just as a small taster, without question, this was one of the best sounds of the show, found in Mike Valentine's music lecture room (with Chasing the Dragon audiophile recordings), which sadly I didn't have time to attend. However, that gorgeous reel-to-reel machine and big ATCs were making some lovely music:
