Electrolytic capacitors do dry out or drift of value so replacing them with same value low ESR axial capacitor replacements will bring the speaker back into the original specifications
I would also check that all the resistors and inductors are still the correct value as well
For the price falcon are asking its a no brainer
If the capacitors are polarised please ensure to replace them with the correct polarity
