Currently i run a 2+2 system as follows;

Sources (all digital via mix of rca and optical toslink)
Raspberry Pi renderer
Sony PS4
Oppo 103 blu ray player
Humax PVR

Lyngdorf 2200 RP - fantastic multitool providing 200w amp, room correction software and active crossover management. Drives a pair of
Final 400i electrostatics and also a
Lyngdorf SDA2175 (another 200w amp) hooked up to a pair of
Lyngdorf W210 corner bass units

I am curious as to how i might make improvements. For certain i will try the Allo spdif card for the Raspberry pi but am also considering;

A change of ‘stats (bigger Finals, Silberstatic ?, but Quads are too wide).
Or new amplification (keen to hear Hypex based class D).

Trouble with the latter is that i cannot configure the Lyngdorf to output high pass frequencies to an analogue input given that stats will have a much lower efficiency than the corner woofers. I can simply swap the SDA2175 for a Hypex amp but this would only drive the woofers. The old Lyngdorf DPA1 preamp did what i need but they seem very thin on the ground.i

I cannot see anything that provides switchable digital inputs, active crossover management and room correction like the Lyngdorf stuff. But Lyngdorf do not make a preamp like the DPA1 any more.

Any ideas, and any views on the sounds of the suggested stats or Hypex based amps like Nord, Appolon or Hattor ?

Thanks
