Wow, you managed to eat an entire state in just two weeks, but only put on half a stone - I wouldn't have believed that either

Go for permanent changes so you don't bounce back.
Ease into it and be happy with slow weight loss

I lost weight by cutting down portion sizes and then a bit more.
To my surprise I am less hungry on less food.
Cutting refined sugar as much as I can also helped and made me feel better too. Poisonous stuff.

To be fair I did have the motivating thing that if I ate too much gluten I felt ill and had a loose tummy. Does kind of help you to cut down.

What height are you, Geoff? I'd imagine quite small, or if not, skinny [maybe light-boned], as 11 stone is pretty light for any reasonable sized man.

My son is 6ft and is under 12st. Wouldn't call him skinny. Would think 11 is more than Geoff is ideal at. 10 or maybe less

Just under five foot six. My nominal weight should be ten and a half stone, so I'm a few pounds over at the moment. I'm actually broad framed.

Was around eleven stone years ago when I was working out and doing martial arts, but I packed a lot more muscle then .

Mmm... It depends on muscle tone, as muscle weighs much more than fat. Even when I was skinny (30" waist), in my 20s, and 6ft 2, I was never less than 12 stone, as I've always been quite broad shouldered and muscular.
