Default Najda boxed - the original version by WAF

This is Najad Boxed by Waf.

I did order with USB in so this has all options.

The quality and feel good factor of the boxed version is very hi. You feel the quality of the metal enclosure and all buttons and lettering are just right.

The price for the box (compared to just the board) is less than 200€ so I think it is a very good price and you can provably not do it for less.

There is two USB, in one for sound and the other for NUC program interface. I am able to use an USB hub (passive) so I need to run just one USB line from the computer.

Hi Stefan, so what exactly does that mean? 190€, 180€ or what? Plus, we price things here in Pounds, as the forum is UK based

I did wonder, as it's not an item I'd heard of.

I have one of these built by a French guy on DIY audio, very good quality dsp crossover and the on board Dac is excellent. Currently using mi e straight through as a Dac in my office but bought to use a crossover with any DIY speakers I may get around to building.

    Me neither.

I get that it's probably a DAC but beyond that I'm confused.

It's a 4 way digital crossover with a built in Dac, has analogue in, USB in, etc.
The seller hasn't put a price but it looks like the one he is selling is waf's ready built version, around 500€ , most are DIY
and built from the pcb's supplied by waf.
