Starting to appear on the used market now. Part of me loves the way they look and they seem to meet the sort of designs that I generally enjoy but I've never heard any.

Anyone got any experience of them and could compare them other designs of this ilk? Ie AN Es etc

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”

But back to the speakers, no I've not heard them , and yes I would like to. They look like they have potential. I think they have been around the shows last year so someone must have had a go on them.

they are very good value s/h . 2 pairs on ebay . have heard them a number of times and sometimes find them a bit sharp perhaps but i heard them with a grandinote set up and it was pretty damm good . i was well impressed with the bass , it really shook the place playing a film track with the grandinote

quite different to the audionote an-e i have heard which had a more textured sound with more body but i could live with both and the heco are incredible value and the finish is lovely on them

You’ll like them a lot. If you can accommodate their size and quirky looks, they are a genuine bargain.
