I'm looking for a typical 70's vintage cassette deck, with top-loading and vu-meters.

Tandberg TCD 310/320;

Oh I did not read properly your requirements of 70's, top loading and VU meters as I was just gonna mention I have a Nak DR-2 from the 90s and front loading.
