ive been using glucosamine for about a year now after a mate and his father in law both recommended it. Apart from the occasional annoyance of nighttime heartburn i can definitely say it has improved the arthritic pains i felt in my knee.

HI I watched a program "trust me I'm a Doctor " and very little effect if any was given to this but I used Good n Natural Devils Claw Gel 80ml
7.49 from Holland & Barrett that seemed to work for me

Yes , some of its quite extreme!! I do like to think Vit C intakes have helped my arthritis , but what do I know?
Different forms of the disease too , so difficult to generalise ,I dare say ! My joints have been worn by 40 yrs of manual labour in all weathers

I've got osteoarthritis in my left knee and turmeric only works for me when it is in a curry

I currently use CBD Oil from Holland and Barrett and it works for me most of the time.

I take glucosamine, and chondroiton occasionally when my wrist pain acts up. It does help to some degree, but is certainly not a cure all. I used to take it quite regularly as well for back pain, but that has finally cleared up and it hasn't bothered me in years.
One thing that helps is pure tart cherry juice. Mix it with a little water to make it palatable. I don't know if you can buy it across the pond, but this is what I drink.

It takes a while, but does work.

Gotta agree with the cherry juice. A good slug of it followed by a glass of water.
