Do they vacuum dry (or even blow-dry) the record so that it's ready for the inner? Can't see how, with part of the record immersed. Whereas I'm sure the ultrasonic method is superlative, it seems pointless if you're going to lose the benefits of a common or garden RCM.
The DIY versions have a large tank where the record is immersed and revolves around a central axis via a motor drive, the record is the manually removed for drying either on a rack or some offer a drying tank which has an air dryer.
The commercial machines have a small tank which automatically fills as part of the cycle, after cleaning the tank automatically empties and a blow dryer is activated, I believe the commercial machines have a filter to clean the crap that has been removed
