    I'd get another one of these Seki remotes and still have change for something else. The one I have works perfectly on my preamp and don't care if it got damaged or lost.

    Oh - they're there if you know where to look. And I only buy performances made by respected orchestras/soloists and recorded by known and well regarded labels.

    I'm probably quite limited as I only really buy pre 1830 music played authentically, there aren't many recordings like that in charity shops, I wonder where they end up?

    An Audio Technica pickup headshell.....means I can get another one of my cartridge collection into service.

    20 CD's at the local car boot sale, they tend to go for 50p each these days. You have to get there early, or there's only the dross left. Great if you're a Robbie Williams fan.

    Vinyl often goes for about £1, and sometimes in good condition. But every other album is Lionel Ritchie's "Cant Slow Down"
