    Default Beresford Bushmaster mk2

Beresford Bushmaster mk2 for sale. Perfect condition with no scratches or dents, although I have managed to mislay one of the plugs for the toslink inputs. I don’t have the original box but it will be well packed for posting. £90 posted

    Hi Phil,

I'm embarrassed to be asking this, so please be gentle with me!

I'm probably the only person on here who doesn't understand the role of a DAC and I'm unsure if it would be of any value in my setup. My only digital source is my Densen Beat B-400+ CD player, going into my Audion Silver Night amp. I see it has a headphone socket (that would be handy).

    regards,
    Ste.

    Hi Steve,

Basically it replaces the digital to analogue conversion that already exists in your CD player. I don’t know much about the rest of your kit so wouldn’t feel qualified to comment on whether it would improve your system. I’m sure others on here will be better able to advise. I have only used it from a Mac and chromecast so don’t have experience of using it with a CD player but I have always found it very good indeed and it is is very highy thought of on here.
