I can recommend it Jerry. I've been running my Squeezebox through the dac in my Cambridge 841C and into 840W using the variable output on SB as volume. No preamp required . I've been happy with this set up for several years now.
The last two to come up on ebay have made £700 and £450. Id love to try biamping but not sure i could afford the electricity bill.l
