    I'm tony.

    Default Quad ELS 57s

I have for sale a rather nice pair of 57s.

They have been in my Stewardship for about 5 years.

They have patina consummate with there age but sound as good as 57s can.

They have OTA(one thing audio) limiters fitted which stops them being over driven and I recently added widgets which help them present a more reasonable load to solid state amps.

Colin Topps made the stands and side cheeks in American walnut that position them at the correct height and improve rigidity-minimising flex in the panels.

They are on original bulgin plugs but a 5m shielded mains cable on one rung can be cut down into to lengths.

I would prefer buyer collection and demonstration prior to purchase.

    Im asking 700

I hope they find a good home-they have given me immeasurable pleasure....only surmounted by Mr Topps latest addition to my system.

Wow - 57s treated as they should be.

Is Bev up for the trip from Portsmouth to Glasgow?
