Are you interested in a trade for a nice Eclipse TD725SW £4K sub in excellent condition
Check out a few reviews in case your not sure. It’s up there with the best sounds stunning
And ultra fast and easy to set up could really compliment your new Adam’s
I have it listed on here if you want to take a look.
    Cheers

Thanks for the offer Jason. I'm sure it's fantastic but the Adams are more than adequate with respect to bass for me. Any more and I'd have the neighbours going barmy!

    GLWTS. Cheers,

    Steve.

I'd be very surprised to find an alternative of equivalent sound quality at this price.... they are very dynamic with plentiful bass and a lovely open midrange/treble without a hint of harshness.

Sorely tempted but concerned about the rear port given I have to place them close to the wall. Have you tried them with the rear port bunged, does it tame the bass a fair bit? Do you have the bungs, I'm sure a review mentioned them, to make the port effectively smaller?

I've never had any bungs in the rear ports although I did use them within 8-10 inches of my lounge wall. They have down-firing ports as well.

If you're serious about a potential purchase you're welcome to come and have a listen.

These would be for London so not as bad, but I would have to hear them in my room to commit which wouldn't be practical especially as I don't drive!
