That's the early Mezzo from the late sixties. Superseded around 1970 if I'm right. Those vinyl surround Goodmans cone tweeters were amongst the best sounding of their type, better than the EMI, Peerless and Audax, etc. The occasional one crops up on ebay, but not that often. Best measure the impedance to match a replacement. Not certain, but I think those were usually a nominal 8 ohms and should measure 5 to 6 ohms DC.

These speakers sound awesome
I picked them up last year as someone pointed them out in a Bargains on ebay therad , I just stored them away until recently and out of curiosity wired them up with some skinny gutted door bell type speaker cables and boy O boy they really do rock , Amazing detail epic clarity , good bass , epic soundstage , bloody hell
