I'm Andy.
My biggest mistake is waiting until I'm hungry before thinking about making food. By that time I just grab whatever is to hand (usually crap) because I can't wait. I do go through phases of eating well, but Winter is often my downfall.
At least the rice cakes are the "blotting paper" variety and topped only with a slice of decent cheese.

I must admit that I am bone idle when it comes to cooking food. I have several very good recipe books but Ive never really used them
I dont know who runs a Mary Berry style kitchen but I cant be arsed. I like to slap things in a fish finger sandwich and I am constantly snacking which is why the middle aged spread has got out of hand. I know I would enjoy a lovely home cooked recipe but just feel life is too short. I just get something basic and return to pottering around with projects or chilling out
Sainsburys has got my baking covered with the muffins and cheese baguettes. I can snack all day on olives and sweet picked gherkins...must be sweet pickled as the other standard vinegar is horrible.
I am a snacker and I dont know when to stop. Whats scary is how fast I can eat a slab of cheese and Im getting like Mr Creosote in that I dont know when to stop until I feel ill or ready to explode

Marco.There are computer games to be played Marco and I cant have any nagging. I have my lady friends who do cook me a lovely meal when Im round. I dont think I would get away with my casual and lazy ways if there was more order in the kitchen. I wouldnt get away with the spaghetti junction behind the hifi for a start
Then again couples are both working now and I dont know who has the time to cook. I would like to come home to Nigella at the Aga but I dont really expect anybody to be cooking for me

I've always got dates on the go. Local shops sell some good varieties. Eat a few most days. Dried figs too sometimes and cranberries.
