So called 'Healthy' foods are often anything but.
Rice cakes can have a highish salt content unless you seek out no salt types (which taste like blotting paper). Wholemeal and granary bread can be similarly adulterated. Cereal bars are often full of sugar, flavour enhancers and preservatives. Packet cereals are just as bad. Frozen 'lo cal' ready meals are not a healthy option, they are generally dreadful, check out the ingredient lists.
