    6 and half a dozen i think. land is getting scarce etc so cremation is popular again, especially in high population concentrated countries.

    I always thought the Native American way was best, up on a shaky wooden platform soaking up the sun while your molecules dissipate into the Cosmos/some bird's gizzard. Or was that just in the cowboy films.

    Something to be said for 'sky burials'. It's what the Parsees did with their dead and what some Tibetians still do today.
