    I'm Rob.

Default FS: Rega Planar 3 turntable c/w upgrades.

A Rega Planar 3 in superb condition.

This turntable benefits from a brand new stainless steel and aluminium subplatter, greatly upgrading the sound by improving the speed stability and stiffness over the standard plastic subplatter (also included in the sale and is new).

The bearing has been cleaned and re-lubricated with the correct oil. It also includes a 33rpm only silicone drive belt, again improving the sound over the stock rubber belt (which is also included and is new).

The drive motor in freshly lubricated and is fitted with a spindle thrust bearing, improving the smoothness and quietness of rotation, again improving the sound.
The motor is solid mounted not on wobbly o’rings, again for better speed stability.

The R200 arm is in SUPERB condition, the bearings are correctly adjusted and the bias adjuster works properly. Also included is a nice ADC headshell. I can throw in an Ortofon cartridge with aftermarket stylus to get you going if you require.

The lid is a pretty new Rega clear lid but badged as Inspire Hifi, it has some marks, but you’ll be pleased and it’s in FAR better nick that any original lid would be.

Situated just off J28 of the M1 (A38 Alfreton) DE55. Cash on collection or local meet up only as I do not have the correct packing to ensure it’s safe arrival by carrier.

Only selling due to an unexpected upgrade.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    PRICE £200.00 ovno

    Rob.

P.s There is also a new felt mat and MDF platter to play with!

Top turntable this is. Rob brought it to my bake off and it showed some very much more expensive gear what could be done with a bit of care with set up and a few choice upgrades. It sounded so much better than £200 should.
Fantastic value for money, plus Rob is a top bloke.

Great price Rob. A fully sorted R200 is virtually worth that on its own, as it's a really decent sounding arm.

Rob, Which Ortofon cart have you got and how much extra would it be to include that in the deal? Thanks Richard

Hi Richard, it's an Ortofon VMS series with an aftermarket stylus, it sounds nice, it's there if you need something to get going, FOC if you want it.
