    Default Roksan Artemiz MK1 repair?

    Hi all,

I just acquired a Roksan Artemiz but sadly it did not survive the shipping and the anti skating mechanism is broken as the string is no longer attached to the spring mechanism. I wanted to know from anyone is experienced with the Artimez if I am able to fix this problem. The spring is also quite loose.

I'm presuming that because the arm is quite old that the best way of fixing it is a refurbishment by Roksan. If that is my only option, has anyone sent their Artemiz arm back to Roksan for a refurbishment and what costs would I be looking at to get the arm service and whats the turn around time.

    Thanks for your assistance.

    Regards
    Alan

Best thing would be to speak to Roksan or a dealer of theirs if you can. I reckon Roksan will be able to help.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
