Long story short; Stan responded to my plea for help and offered to take a look at my SEG. So off it went and around a week later it was returned fully functioning and sounding as good as it did before and it’s not missed a beat since.
Despite it being out of warranty and broken through my misuse, there was no charge from the man himself to repair and return it .
Exemplary customer service IMO. I’ve bought a number of Stan’s products over the years and this selfless gesture make me proud and pleased to be one of his many customers.
