    Long story short; Stan responded to my plea for help and offered to take a look at my SEG. So off it went and around a week later it was returned fully functioning and sounding as good as it did before and it’s not missed a beat since.

    Despite it being out of warranty and broken through my misuse, there was no charge from the man himself to repair and return it .

    Exemplary customer service IMO. I’ve bought a number of Stan’s products over the years and this selfless gesture make me proud and pleased to be one of his many customers.

    aye, been dealing with the chap for few years.....one of the genuine hi fi guys out there passionate about folk enjoying there music!!!!
