    Thanks Craig.

    If the amp bit is lighter than the Toroidy, which I suspect it is, then don't worry about the weight of the amp.
    Sizes are the important thing.


    Edit: I'm humming and hahing over this, as you might have gathered - so if anyone else wants to slip in and grab this bargain, then go to it!

    The toroid is 15.6kgs if I remember rightly and the amp a bit less

    Cor - I think it looks fab.

    Ah well, not everyone has good taste.

    But .... impressive though the Kavent looks and doubtless sounds, I've just plumbed my Pass X150 amp in again after a couple of weeks.
    And fallen in love with it all over again.
    So, sorry Craig, I'm staying with the Pass.

    Someone buy this lovely amp for a bargain price.

    It's a bit of a bargain for a 50w class A (if that's correct). Looking at some internal pics online it's very very well constructed and must be heavily biased into class A for most of its range.
