Default For Sale Denon DAP 2500 and 2 x Denon POA 4400A monoblocks

Denon DAP-2500 digital pre-amp (inc remote control) + 2 x Denon POA4400A monoblock power amplifiers (160wpc into 8 ohms)...good used condition with marks commensurate with age...the Digital pre has it's own dac...and a very capable mm / mc phonostage...the captivated lead has been removed and replaced with a rhodium plated iec inlet..amr fuse fitted internally...the pre-outs are rca..and balanced...

The power amplifiers have had the original cheap plasticky binding posts removed and fitted with top quality posts...I've removed the captivated mains cables and fitted furutech iec inlets..to take cables of your choice...these can be connected via rca leads...or balanced leads...I'll include a 2,5 mtr pair of rca leads..to get you going....and basic kettle type mains leads....

this is an exceptionally powerful rig...and will drive most speakers out there...it is a real nice quality piece of hifi kit.......Collect only from Tyne and Wear...I have got the original boxes and packing fro the power amps and the manuals...but not so for the pre....

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”

Why do people remove the price after the item is sold, it's sometimes useful to know the price for future reference. So many people do it and it's irritating

Certainly not you Alan, just seems to be a regular thing on here and other forums. They were a bargain.
