    Me too, Adrian. Love the dark and eerie vibe they created! I actually find watching them rather comforting, most probably as a result of nostalgia. I've also never been one for 'cheery' films... And if I watch a comedy, I prefer it to be a black one

    Well...... Tales From the Crypt was very good. I've always liked these compilations of spooky tales, and this one was a cracker!

    I've seen almost all of those on the list. Some are a waste of celluloid others are great and a few, like the fog, are classics of the genre and time. IMO

    Well, that one was fab and ticked all the right boxes, significantly due to the plethora of good actors featured, coupled with great story lines and the ubiquitous infectiously eerie music, one only encounters in films of this genre and era. Wonderful stuff!
