    Default A close shave

A while back I almost sold my usher s520 speakers, I felt the need for something else, like you do. However I felt the offers wernt good enough, though to be fair the offers were probably the going rate.anyhoo I kept them and have just plumbed them back in, I don't think I've given them a proper go on the end of my Cambridge power amp, I'm soooo glad I kept them, a great match with the Cambridge amp

Almost bought some s520 speakers once, going very cheap. That guy kept them too. Never heard them, but seen many a good review. What would you say are their limitations James?

Well although they can rock if you crank em up, i suppose the small drivers hold them back, so it seems to me,. Still make me smile

Def need a bit of grunt up em too, worked ok with a quad 306 but needed more clout, the cambridge 651 power works great, though i hear nad and some tubes work really well
