Interestingly the Rave receipt says for coffee beans let them rest for 10-12 days after roast for best results. But the bag says drink before 30 days after roast. Small window to drink 5 bags LOL.

agree with the week to rest preferably in a jar with just a little air. open it every few days etc... would think you'll get a month after that easily.. several if then kept in vacuum or near
