    Just put my coffee order in. A kilo of Ethiopia Kayon mountain natural and a quarter kilo tester of Colombian San pascual natural from rave coffee

    I am from di g myself drifting towards the lighter roasts these days.
    I think that my coffee machine extracts so much more flavour that the medium roast is almost too much.
    The Mrs certainly prefers the lighter roasts.

    agree, unless you love sledgehammer coffee the lighter roasts are enough if you grind it right.

    Ive never done drugs happily, although both my sons did...idiots.. did them much harm.
    Fags and booze were my only vices intake wise, and i quit both.

    I dont class coffee as a drug in normal use

    I was only poking some fun, Grant. Coffee most definitely is a drug, though. And alcohol is incredibly toxic when it really boils down to it. Nasty stuff, no question, not that I don't consume it. But IT IS awful stuff in large quantities. No wonder it kills so readily.

    sure caffeine is a drug but not in my quantity. 2 a day tops. i used to drink a fair bit but dont miss it. surprising but there you are. all in the mind
