    Personally, I saw a ghost.
    It just goes to show how our minds all work differently.

    I have just ordered an Espro tamper to take a variable out of making coffee, and to make it easier for the wife.
    I also have a bottomless portafilter coming to identify where any faults lie.

    You'll love the Espro. Obviously not worth it until you own one

    Did you get the flat bottom or convex one?

    trying the Panamanian now. Its nice, and typical of central America, although a bit more refined than most. a taste of pears is in there anyway. I like it

    Those Climpson coffees really are super fruity. Too much so for me but hey this is a personal trip.
