    Default Tannoy Eatons

I bought these in original condition but have had the crossovers rebuilt by Paul at RFC. The wiring was also replaced with newer copper cables and the binding posts have been replaced as the originals are awful. Both drivers are in very good condition with Serial numbers 511581 and 511617 so pretty close. The cabinets are in good condition but are not pristine. They have both been lined with new damping material and foam. The grilles and cloths are original and also in pretty good condition.

The speakers sound fantastic but I just don't have the space for all my gear and need to downsize.

No idea of real value but would like £500 for these ideally given the work that's been done.

Can deliver within 80 miles of Newmarket or can be picked up but will not post as very heavy and not worth the risk.

Great speakers John and those look lovely. If I hadn't already got two sets of Tannoys I'd jump at these. I know what they're like, I've owned five pairs!!
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

They look good, John. However, could we see some close-up pics of the cabinets, for potential buyers to check condition, and also enlargeable pics of what you've posted already?

The images you've supplied so far are just a little small and indistinct. Cheers!

If for whatever reason your provisional sale to Hugo falls through I will have these. Can drive up on Monday, or a time that is convenient for you, to pay and pick up.

    cheers
