    Default Musical Fidelity X-CAN V3

Headphone amplifier I used with my HD600's. Not quite as nice to my ears as my Earmax Pro but not too far away (the Earmax is twice the price). My plan was to sell the Earmax and keep this as it's plenty good enough and I needed more money at the time.

    £150 plus delivery.

To whoever just bought this, it makes a nice single source preamp, try it with a Jack to RCA lead from the headphone out, and if you like it you can cut the links to the line out at the back and wire the headphone out to it internally, it can work as either but probably better not at the same time. The stock jan Philips valves are nice if you want a clean sound with not too much bass, but so are some NOS, they are 6692 IIRC. That goes for either pre or headphone amp use.
