I listen to the record I've just cleaned (whilst doing another one), to make sure it PLAYS quietly, despite looking clean, as one doesn't always automatically follow the other - and sometimes records take 2-3 cleans before that's achieved [certainly to my satisfaction].I clean records and listen at the same time
