Default FS: ATC SCM40 speakers (original / mk 1)

ATC SCM 40 speakers (original version / mk 1)

Mine from new in cherry finish, these are mint and have worked perfect - no working issues ever, from a smoke and pet free home. Will come with the original spikes.

I have the original shipping boxes and complete packaging so shipping is not a problem.

Sell for, £1250 and payment via bank transfer. Collection is not a problem or posted at cost.

Each speaker is approx 23.5kg (unboxed).

For collection please note the box dimensions (each) are 115cm by 52cm by 47cm.

Very nice. They look in amazingly good condition Manny.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

If they sound as good as they look Manny, somebody is in for a real treat.

Hi Manny I am a new member (had to register to be able to post.

I am very interested in your speakers but just concerned re. amplification. What electronics did you connect these to?

I used to have a pair of these before I went to ATC actives. Would highly recommend them

They are great speakers but do love a bit of welly in the amp. I used then with some Cyrus X mono blocks and then an ATC P1. Both worked well but the P1 was probably a better match (which is not surprising as they are both made by ATC).

I'll pm you shortly. You being a new member, I'm not sure what the stipulated amount of posts you need to have to enable the private message function.

UPDATE: Unable to pm you - you'll need to post a little more

They do look stunning. I remember when we first met, you telling me how much you loved them. That was years ago and they're still with you. I'm just not sure if they work in here, having briefly tried some in the past, though my room is quite different now. It is tempting.
