    Well that is beautiful machined bit of kit
    Technics SL1210 MK2 fully rebuilt and repainted. Ortofon 2M Black Cart, Isonoe isolation feet , MN bearing and Funk Firm platter upgrade, Oyaide RCA Tone Arm and speaker cables, Jelco SA-750D Tonearm. Oyaide HS-TF Carbon headshell, MCRU Linear External PSU, High Fidelity Crystal glass turntable matt, Blue LED upgrade, Denon AVR-2808CI Amp, Bowers and Wilkins DM602S3 Speakers,
    Black Rhodium Jazz power cables for amp and turntable, Firebottle mk2 Phono Stage.

    Thanks for the kind words. It’s taken quite a while to get the design this far, and although there are a couple of detail changes needed before full production begins, I’m very pleased with it. The decision to keep all fixings hidden has made life much more complicated (particularly with regard to the SL-1200GR) but I feel the effort will be worthwhile.

    An update on my new Technics SL-1200/1210 modular CNC alloy armboards. I am close to finishing the minor design revisions, but my fabricator is stacked out with work and this means the armboards won't be available until the New Year.

    Here is a snap of the bright silver anodised armboard, fitted to a new SL-1200GR turntable, and with a brand new Jelco TK-850S knife-edge bearing tonearm:
