You could look at the Chinese 'Little Bear' units on ebay. They seem popular, there are a few members using them and the prices are very good. Just make sure it comes with a UK power supply if interested.

It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
^ Those Little Bear units seem too cheap to me. Thirty odd quid for a valve anything is just astonishing. What's the catch?

should be able find a Graham Slee Gram Amp1 for that, I had one and it's been passed around the 'wam a few times, try over there, it's very good for the money
