6-a day? No chance. It'll be used for doing one cappuccino a day (for my breakfast), and some espressos after Sunday lunch, or when we have guests over for a meal who enjoy good coffee.

good coffee ground right is 70% of battle for good espresso type drinks. lavazza bean im using at moment come out well on an espresso grind. a little milder than my usual but nice. takes about 45 turns to get a double espresso at that setting which is very fine.. only Turkish being finer

Nice one, Kevin. I guess it'd depend on how reliable it was. If I were going electric, it'd need to be 100% reliable and designed to last, otherwise, the one Grant recommended makes most sense.

review on the lido. id agree with their findings. If you use the beans like climpson roasts then it is hard work, but normal roast are easier. I do like climpson beans tho so happy to take the pain lol

as I'm not using vinyl at moment I might trade it for some cash and a new machine. Mine is coming to the end of its life. It has done very well as its used every day of its life and its not young, and was never a top notch machine. Still makes decent coffee but the steaming is not as strong as it was,
