Technics SP10 MK2 nearly ready!!!!

This one is undergoing restoration.
Oxidation under the lacquer resulted in the lacquer peeling off.
So a complete sand down and had the top plate anodised so looking like original.
Thought of giving it a tint but decided against it.

Crazy isn't it. Restoring copper platter mats and such. That's why this hobby is so interesting!!

Its fantastic. I wrote a review a few weeks back but refrained from posting due to wanting to see how it was to live with. All I will say at the minute is......... outstanding.

I have an unused and complete with original box SL1000 MKII / EPA 100, the arm boards are untouched, I keep meaning to set this Vinyl rig up then go, Nah not this year.
