Sorry, but different supports sound different and have been measured to show why. The more useful question that has been asked is what the OP is trying to achieve with these.

Any real rigidity is lost due to the larger 'O' ring on the bottom of the foot, which introduces a compliance, defeating any purpose the spike may (or may not) have had.

I'd regard these feet as Hi-Fi 'jewelry', to be honest. They don't seem to offer any sensible function.
Actually I think this is trying to offer the best of both worlds - coupling with spikes and isolation or damping with the O ring. I have doubts whether the O ring is sufficiently compliant for isolation and there certainly is an element of bling to the whole package and price. The listing says returns accepted, so if you could buy to try this might be the best way forward.

You can't couple and isolate with these feet.

Theoretically, it can be done to an extent though. Using a compliant decoupling suspension partnered with very firm fluid damping which would be seen by the mass as almost rigid. Rather like racing suspension on a car.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Think if you use spikes wrong way they act more toward a decoupler

Ok bought a set. I spoke to the seller and he sounds a nice guy who runs the family business. He has sold a lot of these feet and had no issues. As he said money back option if not happy

I had good results with spikes on a bamboo isolation board and it seemed to tighten the bass up and stopped it booming. I am after that result with these but having a more standard looking set of feet as I never liked the look of spikes on the Technics turntable. Only time will tell if they change anything for the better. If we dont try these experiments things stay the same and get stale. We can all quote figures and dismiss things but many things work different due to other upgrades mods etc.

Like I said I will feed back once tested. People dismissed putting RDC cones on a Technics deck and it will destroy the sound etc. I can honestly say they didnt and changed it for the better.

Looking forward to your impressions. I've gone off any form of spikes/coupling myself simply because there is no isolation for the t/t from external vibrations. But this could work if your isolation board is decoupled from your rack, which would be my preference.
