    Default WTD: original TD150 plinth

Inspired by Rothchild's stunning brutalist plinth in the analogue art area, I was thinking of experimenting with making something interesting for my Thorens 150, and would be very grateful if anyone had one of the old original thin box plinths lying about, not being used, in search of a good home, etc.

I don't need the base, or any feet etc, just the four walls...

    Any offers gratefully received.

    Robert

Does anyone have any ideas what happens to all the old plinths when they inevitably get upgraded?

Do they all just get binned?

I'll sell you a whole TD150 if you like? I've got a MK1 (no arm) with an original plinth in good order for £100?

Thanks Geoff. If you find someone who wants to buy it and stick it in a nice plinth, please think of me!

Hi Geoff, I may be interested in this if you want to sell, depending on where you are in Oxfordshire. I am near Heathrow. Does it have a cover in decent shape? I would probably re-plinth in which case the original would be available for anyone wanting it. Please let me know...

    "Anyone wanting it"...

    That would be me!
