    Default FS: B&W DM2 Speakers

A pair of classic transmission line speakers from B&W. They use the same classic combo of Celestion HF1300 and Coles 4001 as the DM4, Spendor BC1 etc.
They add to the bottom end of those with a larger bass driver, cabinet and transmission line loading.
Despite the size, the bass does not boom. There is a trim switch on the back to tune the treble response.

These are in good working order with (as far as I can tell) all drive units working. They need using as they've been sat around for a while.
Cosmetically, they are not perfect with a number of knocks and scratches. I have given the cabinets a polish up and they look pretty respectable as pictured, but don't expect them to be unmarked.

I'd like £100 for them please. They are extremely heavy (even for their size) so collection only from just outside Bicester please (M40, J9).

If you are very quick, I'm heading down to the south coast tomorrow and can put them in the car if you live that way.

Nice speakers and in very good condition. I use a pair of DM2a myself for AV duties. Good luck with the sale.

Owned 3 or 4 pairs in the past, kept going back to them, something addictive about the natural open sound of that 1/8 wave TL design.

I'd love these to try in my 2nd system, but it's the location thing.
Bicester is almost exactly in the wrong direction to make it viable for me.

GLWS - I'm amazed these are still here.

My friend in St Ives Cambridgeshire might be interested if they could be delivered, I guess that he'd pay petrol etc.

Thanks Alex but I'm not heading that way in the near future.
I'd prefer they were demoed and collected from here.

That's a shame, my friend became carless a couple of years ago, otherwise he would have collected. He's got some interesting vintage equipment.

    Radford STA20 Mk III, yes 20, not as 15, not a 25, Radford SC22, Thorens TD124 II, RAM LS3/5a, B&W DM1, DM3 and DM4, and other stuff.

If you change your mind, or will be near there at a later date, please let me know.
