Pete, Please ignore my numpty prior question. I've just been on the Rega site and seen very comprehensive info (which I don't remember seeing there before, but it's been a long while since I looked). It's a very different animal. And it all sounds hugely impressive. I doubt Ray will be required somehow...

As you probably read, Rega keep two (matched) spare laser mechanisms for each Isis sold, so effectively offering life-time support. This was a major factor in me buying one ... apart from it being a great-sounding device
