But yes, I'll join you in the Zabaglione club, which is also one of my favourite desserts. Del makes a superb home-made one, which she can knock-up pretty quickly, as we always have eggs, sugar and Marsala wine at home. It's something that can only be made fresh.

The best I've found is Cantine Pellegrino Marsala Superiore (the sweet one), which is what we use. Most good supermarkets stock it
