..and me. I've been told I can't stack them with my pair unfortunately.

Come on someone, these are a bargain for the performance on offer.

The problem for me is packing them properly so no damage can occur in the hands of various monkeys on their way to Spain!

I think you should either keep them or put the price back up to £500 as its a give away price at that
Everyone should own a pair once in their lifetime , They are a super speaker classic looks and very advanced for there age
I love mine and they are not going anywhere , I drive from London too Newcastle for my mint pair
I have 3 pairs in total , Love the sound when you hit the sweet spot
Hang in for a decent price and a buyer that will apreciate them

totally agree, £500 is fair for your pair, and they only reason they haven't sold is because it's summer and there's no-one about/they are spending their money on holidays. Come the autumn these will sell and whoever buys will be delighted.

I think that it's more likely the shipping issue with speakers. They're big, heavy and in this case fragile - otherwise I'd have them.

One Thing Audio are used to shipping these around maybe they could sell you a set of whatever packing materials they use? Or Quad themselves.

Quad will sell you suitable packaging, but it will cost (a lot).

The reason of price is that I need to free some space in my new house as soon as possible, otherwise I would keep them.

I know it's a bargain, but people seem don't understand!

I live in West London, close to the M4, easy to reach, collection shouldn't be an issue...

However, thank you for your moral support!!!

I know it's easy to say, but I would have bought these - had I not already spent more than my yearly quota of hi-fi budget (including a rather nice pre-amp, ahem !!)
