    Al,

    Have you tried swapping the audio cards around to see if the channel problem is a card problem? If it swaps channels, then it's the card. If it stays the same, it's not a card issue.

    Hi , I think Phillip did this on the one occasion he visited my home , he spoke on the phone with Stewart and they agreed it needed to go over to the Lodge for a full set up and calibration

    If one of the cards was knackered, Philip would probably have said so at the time. Sounds as if the cards might be ok. Stewart told me that he thought your machine was probably just completely off calibration, but would probably be ok once calibrated and line up properly.
