    To be fair I was more disappointed that I was going to have to spend Saturday night without vinyl having not had any more 9V batteries around the house at the time than I was with having to unscrew the box to remove and refit the batteries. That won't happen again. I've also got used to turning the box off when not in use. There's no warm up time so there's no need to leave it on.

    That LED is rather bright. It's made for a very handy little cueing light for my deck in the dark seeing as it's sat right next to it ;-).

    This doesn't surprise me at all, having dealt with David (AD Audio) before ... extremely knowledgable, very enthusiastic, and a really nice chap too. Highly recommended if you need valve amp repairs in the London area
