    Indeed Geoff, when I think of how grim it must have been for you before finally landing on the right stuff, I do count myself lucky. But I've always been lucky. I even won a giant Christmas cake in a raffle a few years ago And I ate all of it with no ill effects, other than elevated blood pressure

    Fed Monster cat, took pity on it standing on shed roof in the snow.

    Fancied a fried breakfast, bacon, egg, plum tomatoes on toast, lovely.

    Fancy some more toast and some home-made marmalade with a cuppa.

    Porridge most days, no milk, make with water, add cinnamon or nutmeg, small amount of flaxseed. Buy premium 'whole oats', spoon of maple syrup after cooked, lovely, low salt, low fat, delicious. This morning just had 2 whole oranges then walked the dog, felt great, vitamin C really gives you a boost.

    I like porridge with fruit brown sugar and cream. Use pinhead oats mostly with some big rolled flakes added
