    Glass of pink grapefruit juice.

Two grilled pork and leek sausages made by my local butcher; two grilled rashers of oak-smoked Wiltshire bacon (with all excess fat removed); grilled tomato; two fried eggs ("sunny side up"), mushrooms and baked beans. Two slices of toast from multi-seeded granary bread.

Nothing like an occasional 'heart attack on a plate'.

Nice, where's the mug of tea!

Didn't feel like much, just wholemeal toast, one slice with cheese, other with home made marmalade, big mug of tea.

Just wholemeal toast and real butter, big mug of Lidl Red Label tea.

Incidentally, just back from Lidl, that tea is on offer 160 bags for £1.35.

Their tinned sardines are also on offer 34p per tin.

That's excellent news, Alex. It'd take us about a year to go through 160 bags! I shall inform the cats about the tinned sardines...
