We buy our sausages and bacon from our local butcher, so know exactly where the meat comes from and what goes into his sausages. The quality is vastly superior to anything you can buy in a supermarket, and also cheaper, as there's no packaging to pay for!

Not a farm daftee, a town centre independent butcher, who gets his meat direct from a farm, such as those located within the Heathway shopping mall.

Too many folks just do all their shopping in supermarkets, and seem to ignore the independent shops in their local towns, where often much higher quality produce is available. It's the way folks used to shop at one time, using butchers, fishmongers, bakers and fruiterers - who all specialised in what they produced and sold.

Yes I am , one butcher in the mall , he buys in carcasrs and butchers them , question is what does he do with the bits of pork and beef that you cant identify as a cut or joint of meat = sosages, burgers , mince etc

Well, any *decent* butcher will make his own sausages with the highest possible (quality) meat content, not fill them with all sorts of shite - that is if they value their reputation, and you can tell by looking at the sausages if they're any good or not, and also how they cook.

Therefore, I don't know how good or otherwise that butcher in the mall is, but if he conforms to the above, his sausages should be delicious. If not, then order some on-line. There are many high-quality on-line butchers/delicatessen shops, where top-quality sausages can be purchased and shipped in appropriate packaging, to keep them fresh.

A cooked breakfast simply isn't complete, without a couple of quality bangers!
