    A slice of Lidl ham, a small amount of tinned sardines and some Lidl cat food, followed by some milk, ah, no, that was what the cat had.

    I just had locally made bread toasted with fried (in Extra Virgin olive oil) egg and tomatoes, big mug of Lidl Red Label tea.

    The pooch had his usual few slices of pork luncheon meat for brekkers. And I had the usual nothing (apart from a cuppa).

    I had a Drifter. The only edible chocolate bar that Nestles makes. they were still better when they were Rowntrees though.

    I have my usual on Saturdays ( Thats what the cafe call it )

    2 eggs, 2 bacon, mushrooms , beans, tined tomatoes along with bubble and squeak , 2 slices of crusty bread ( No butter or margarine ) Fills me up for most of the day
    Music , fills the gaps between silence !
