Proms - Redbook

Radio 3 are once again trailing CD quality streaming of the current Proms via FLAC.

Have been listening, they have done an amazing job. Hopefully they will roll out such streaming more widely and all the time. The more people listen in the greater the chance BBC will do it.

For now the FLAC stream can only be accessed via Firefox as they have worked with Mozilla for the necessary FLAC support (only currently desktop version Firefox 51+) but I assume it will be broadened out.

I think it could be thought of as better than CD too(?) It is streamed at 48kHz.
